WE WON THE LOTTERY!, We are moving the US and buying an RV!

IMHO I would first off not consider the eastern coast of the US as the weather is miserable in the winter and summer. You might get 3 good months out of the year. I would not recommend the central US as there is a reason that it's called tornado alley. I would not consider Texas as it's more a part of Mexico than America, and they don't even want to be part of the US. That leaves the western states which are all good choices. Also consider the pot is legal in WA and CO and we are working to that same end in CA.
