You obviously have never visited here in the southeast. We do have high humidity in the summer, but for the most part we have great weather most of the year. It gets cold here in TN in the winter but you can drive 2 or 3 hours south and warm up. We are also the friendliest people you will find (even if we do talk funny). Most people probably won't base their living arrangements on where pot is legal.
