Weber Q question. Does size matter?
What I do know is I have narrowed it down to either the 100/120 or 200/220 models. I do know that the 100's are 8500 BTU and the 200's are 12000 btu. What I am wondering is has anyone had experience...

I've sold and used both. I actually used a Q120 for a grand opening of an ACE HW Store with one making tons of burgers and hot dogs for people. It had no problem keeping up. Now if I were grilling enormous steaks it would have been another matter but the cooking area is big enough for most family duty.
I've been using a Q100 for several years for camping and it has worked out great.
