$25-35k will get you a class C around 25 feet. Probably around 2010-2015. Should be very reliable. The Sprinter based RV's are smaller and can be problematic, making them not very reliable on the road, and the last thing you want is problems. The E350-450 with the V-10 is reliable as can be. Finding a double bunk in a 25footer will be tough! But they will have a master bed, overcab bed and a couch or dinette that folds into a bed.
At your price range and size, any manuf's RV will fill your needs. Just inspect it very well and check the tires for possibly needing to be replaced. MH tires have a life span of approx 7 years as opposed to trailer tires that max out around 5.
