X2. If you go to the west coast and look for a RV you will be in a hurry to buy. That's not a good way to buy a rig.
As previously mentioned, RV tires age out before they wear out.
I would just stay at motels for this one time trip.
If you really want to go the RV route, get a TT and a tow vehicle.
You can probably sell the TT easier and quicker than a Class C.
