I'm a third generation camper/RVer :)
My grandmother drove cross country in a VW bus and then used it to camp in. She moved on to one of those small RVs and when she passed she was up on her property camping like she loved.
My mom is on her 3rd RV after starting with a camper for horse shows and fishing vacations. We were lucky to be able to use her Minnie Winnie for a couple of years and now we have our own class C.
That's it for me, dh on the other hand was born in the Bronx and raised on Long Island. I was a Girl Scout but he was never a Boy Scout and didn't have any camping experience. He has his TV and I have my soft bed and heat so we are both good :)
