The V-10 is a great engine. Much better option than the Ford diesel of those years. It will tow 10k lbs. with no problem provided it is geared properly. My 02 V-10 toes my 9200lb loaded TT with no issues. I get 7.5 mpg avg. the 2010 should avg 8.5. Height is a bigger factor in towing performance than weight. My TT is 11.5ft tall. Some are 10.5 which makes a difference. Either way you need the specifics of the truck your looking at. Gear ratio being a big one at the weight your talking.
Thanks...I would think 4.10 would be ideal? but what others are good? or better yet, which one will not be able to pull my TT ? 7595 lbs dry / 955 lbs tongue
