You are really asking a 'domicile' question. The question that RVers face when they go full time.
You should have one legal address that will be used for most everything - driver's license, Social Security, IRS, banking, vehicle registration, retirement check, mail, etc. Many pick Florida, Texas, Tennessee, because these states have no state income tax and are full timer friendly. I picked Florida and filed the 'domicile' paperwork with them.
