In the blog linked to below, Lynne gives a pretty good discussion of how she picked the state and county of domicile. If you are truly mobile and travel in your RV (as opposed to simply living in an RV such as one would live in a Mobile home) then this blog is a pretty good read.
Florida, South Dakota, Texas and (well I forgot what the fourth one was) are states that are best for a number of reasons to declare domicile in. Considerations are Health insurance, drivers license, and income tax among others.
