Who parks their RV at home or do you pay for storage?

We don't have the option of parking at home due to grade issues so pay for covered storage. $189 a month about 10 miles outside Seattle. Ouch, that hurts to type. But I rest easier knowing there isn't a small leak festering in the wet Seattle weather unknown to me for weeks or months on end.
