Can't park the TT at the house for more than 72 hours for loading/unloading etc. I don't mind as without these restrictions some people would turn the neighborhood into an RV park. Some folks always push the time limit and have to be told to get it out of there. :S
Our community has two secure storage lots, first come first served so as you can imagine the waiting list is long. We have a 40' slot ($35 a month), between a huge Tiffin Class A and a large fiver so the sun rarely hits my tires. The Tucson summers can be brutal so ours spent the summer (May thru Sept), up in the White Mountains at 6800' where they rarely see more than the low eighties. We just commuted in the F-150 and took full advantage of being where the camping is. Put 2800+ miles on the truck but only 350 on the trailer in 7 trips and 30 days of camping last summer. Worked out real well. :B
