Who parks their RV at home or do you pay for storage?

We have HOA restrictions on parking and HOA RV lot. I put it in the RV lot, cost is $25/YEAR, it is locked, barbed wire fencing, surrounded by HOA houses, and on a private drive not visible from the street. AND the entrance is on our cul de sac. Ideal for us!! less than a minutes walk to get to the trailer.
