Why is the shower in the bedroom?
In my hunting for RV floor plans and styles that I will be focusing on, I keep seeing this. It is an immediate "hit the back space" when I see it. I can't imagine the mold problems that this would cau...

We have had ours for 7 years. No problem with moisture or mold.
Most people choose the separate open shower or the enclosed bathroom for one of two reasons.
The enclosed bathroom gives much more privacy when bathing, tooth brushing, and other things you may do at the lavatory. The disadvantage is that it takes up more room and, in some rigs, makes the bedroom so small it can be somewhat claustrophic.
The separate shower/lavatory is for someone who does not have a problem with the associated lack of privacy. The advantage is that the bedroom has more room and is much more open.
If the grandkids travel with us then the bedroom door gets closed while someone is showering. There is also an accordian curtain that can be closed to separate the bed from the shower area if one person were in bed while the other was showering if they really wanted that privacy. But ours has never been closed.
