Stop looking at those floor plans. When looking to replace my 2003 Cardinal 33CKTS I only looked at plans that had a real bathROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and a door.

When we first started looking for a fifth wheel, this was my staunch opinion too. At that time, all the fifth wheels with separate bedrooms resulted in smaller bedrooms and/or access to the bathroom or bedroom non-existent with the slides in - to us a non negotiator since we stop often en route and sleep in our rig at truck stops. Being able to access everything with the slides in was a must for us. Four years later with the shower in the bedroom - no issue for us and we can pull an expandable rigid curtain between it and the bed when we have company. We rarely have guests so that's a non issue to us. Mold? No! We run the fan during and after to ventilate.
Again, it's what works for you and only you.
