I confirmed on paper it would handle it fine.
The 2 machines will be purchased on line, so I can't plug in what I don't have.
I figured maybe somebody here had something they were running that was around 20A that your Honda was handling with no issues.

The eu3000 Honda will handle that load just fine.

Watts= volts x amps. That's how you confirm it...on paper.

The manual states "The 8070 requires a 20A grounded circuit. Please note: GFI outlets may trip before the breaker setting.
SO given that figure we can extrapolate from the manual 115 volts x 20 Amps = 2300 watts max draw

Why not plug it into a Kill a Watt to see what it requires all around!

Why not ask the mfg if that 19 amps is starting or running amps load? My guess its running as a 1000 watt heater alone is going to draw 10-12 amps.

For that machine, I would seek out rental shops and have them fire up their generators to see which one can run that machine. Then rent the genny for a day and make sure it suits your needs.
