Has anyone changed their ww from 28 inches to a larger length? Mine do not while windshield high enough for me. Should the extra length be too much stress on motor ? And could u just change the length...

You should also consider using Rain-X. When you're driving the unwiped area will be just as clear as the area covered by the wipers.
