Hi,I have purchased a used 2014 Fleetwood Southwind 32VS (Class A). The previous owner (do not know) installed something up by the driver's chair. The wire comes down from the driver visor area (just above is the TV box with cables, recievers, etc). There is a small one button switch as the end of the wire.I cannot figure out why someone would do this. I suspect it is related to the operation of the TV while driving. Any idea on how to experiment with operation?

Maybe it was the mute button :)

Previous owner may have removed the relay that prevents front TV from working while the ignition switch is in the one position.

If they had a overide on the tv switch to let it play while driving, it might be a kill switch if they got stopped by police for doing that.

I also vote power windshield shade. Have one on our '016 Vegas. I had the dealer put it into the roller.

We have a 2014 Bounder (also made by Fleetwood) and have a little red button at the end of a thin cable. Ours is still up in the window though. Maybe he yanked on it by accident?

Do you have a power windshield shade? If you do, that's the reset button for the MCD shade. Used for setting the height.
