Our first RV was a class C gas and we traded that for an older class A diesel. I won't say never, but we don't plan on owning another gas RV. This one is more expensive to maintain than the gas, sure. But, when we're driving, the engine (noise) is in the back and when we go to bed and want it quiet, the generator (noise) is clear up at the front. The gas RV was just the opposite. Of course, if you don't like the floorplan, you're not going to like the RV regardless of which type of engine you have.
