I would do the Yeti or another brand of Super cooler. Check the web for real test reviews I don't think the Yeti was the top rated, but it was the most expensive.
The Cooler gives you way more flexibility without thinking about energy usage. Packed right you can go 10 days without adding ice. Freeze everything you can at home and put that in the cooler with ice. Don't get in it unless you have to and then take out just what you need to transfer to your RV refer.
When we were rafting we could go ten days and still have ice if we managed it right.
When you get it all packed right you will need help moving it however!!!!
