If you stay where there are hookups and pull your TT with a pickup my recommendation would be to put a small chest freezer in the back of the pickup. Unless it is extremely hot food in the freezer will stay frozen with the lid secured down and the freezer full for a day of travelling then plug it in with a good extension cord If not full of food finish filling it with containers of water or milk that have been frozen
