Do you have a deep freezer? If yes, put the cooler with a inches of water into into the freezer. You get a big block of ice.
If you are really good you can also put your food in it pack it in water and freeze that. As it melts you get to eat what is on top. There is some timing skill with this method.
Pretty cool. Is this thing water tight? Do you need to put it in a plastic tote?
