?? 6 or 12 VOLT BATTERY ??
Should I go with 6 volt or 12 volt batteries? Either way I will be converting battery power to AC power via an inverter. Which voltage is better?

To power the microwave two 12 volt agm batteries would be better than two six volt flooded batteries.
Four six volts will may do the microwave.
A 1000 watt load represents a 100 amp draw on the battery bank.
