I sold my TT first and then bought my class A when I found what I was looking for at a price I could afford. I am planning to full-time in about a year, dependent on how fast I can sell my house. Since I had a S&B, I could go without a RV for a few months. Sold my TT in 3 days to a friend who was wanting to upgrade. I could have sold for a bit more, but ease of sale made it worth the little extra I would have made advertising and selling it for more. I then could concentrate on finding the Class A floorplan I wanted, at the price I could afford. This allowed me to jump immediately when I found one available. When I went to look at it, dealer said she had three people wanting to see it, if I didn't get it. I had given a credit card deposit the first day it was advertised and prior to previous owner delivering to dealer. I kept my truck and still have it. I will trade it later in the year for something that I can tow behind MH.
