I have seen these articles before. Just the other day they had the best ten. I would not live in any of those places due to the humidity. We live in Oregon and have found other places more costly especially California. Lots of folks have been moving to Portland but we are thinking of moving as the rain and my arthritis don't work well together. Quality of life is our first priority.
