Although Vermont is on this list, that is where I worked and retired. IBM has many locations across the country, including Vermont. It has been said that Vermont is the hardest place to get people to transfer to, and the hardest place to get them to transfer from to go someplace else.
What that tells me is people don't know much about Vermont until they live here then they like it so much they want to stay here.
