The interesting irony about the comment below deriding "Chinese" freight that suggests getting a name brand like Reese, Drawtite, etc... is that Reese and Drawtite have been the same company for a long time, and every piece I've received from Reese in the last 5 years was also "Chinese" freight.
High Performance Dual Cam system. Titan Class V Pintle hook and mounting plate. Titan Class V drawbars and ball mounts. We're not talking about the bargain basement entry level stuff here. We're talking about Cequent's flagship top of the line, highest rated, heaviest duty, brand defining bell weather products.
Every single "name brand" Reese piece I've purchased new in the last few years said Made in China.
Who knows? Perhaps in the same province, or maybe even the same factory, as the rest of the Chinese freight.

I would not trust a Harbor Freight (Chinese Freight) hitch to tow a wheelbarrow. Get a name brand from Reese, Drawtite, etc. A quality weight distribution hitch properly set up will distribute tongue weight to the trucks front wheels and the trailer wheels.
