Regarding seat belts... Some teens have brains between their ears... Years ago when my daughter was just past "newborn" status we hired a babysitter, I noticed she showed up with a split lip..... Ask her about it.
Well, seems she and 3 of here teenage friends were out for a drive, They all laughed at her when she bucked up... The car crashed. She got a split lip, they got funerals.
