1986 Chevy G20 3/4 ton, 6.2 Diesel
Hi all,
So I recently upgraded my trailer to a Zinger ZT33BH. It's big. It's heavy (8455lbs dry). I'm pretty sure my old '86 Chevy won't be happy with me pulling it. I can make do for very short pulls, but I won't be going on any adventures with it I'm pretty sure.
So, I went looking for the weight ratings on the van and the door sticker that normally has all that info helpfully contains NOTHING. It's not that the numbers have rubbed off over time, they were never printed there to begin with.
Does anyone know what these vans are rated for so I can get an idea of how far over the line I'm crossing by hauling with it? Any info that anyone has would be greatly appreciated, so far I've struck out searching online.
