2" riser ball?

My trailer is slightly low on the front, and I think one of these 2" risers would be the cheapest way to get level. Would the rise give any benefits? Less weight ont the truck? More stable towing? Or don't bother...

Thanks.
  • I hope your not using just the bumper hole for the ball. You could use a ball with a 2" rise if they make em. I would think flipping the stinger over would be easier or just getting the right rise/drop stinger.

Guessing your TT weighs around 35-3700 loaded? So the tongue weight is maybe 4-450lbs. Not really going to drop the rear at all. Maybe 1/2".

    Thanks.

If your trailer in sitting low its most like to much tounge weight. You need to get a weight diss hitch for your truck and it will set it up right and ride beeter and more stable for towing
