Never heard of a special fuel filter for BD, can't imagine what would be different about it.
I have a lot of experience with B100, over 100,000 miles in a Dodge truck. Don't let BD sit in your tank for extended periods of time without adding algecide, you might be sorry you did (he says with a voice of experience).
Lodi is the only J I have found B20 but haven' been to Ripon in awhile but bet it is B20 also.
