Unless I am missing something in your posts, this is a MASSIVE red flag. A 7,800 pound trailer needs a tongue weight in the 800-1200 range. That weight would be extremely low as a 'dry' tongue weight (prior to battery and propane installation). It is that much worse if you are talking about a trailer that has those items installed. A weight that low would induce sway very quickly. I would recheck the weight calculations for accuracy and go from there.
