If correct, the CRV you are looking at has about 200,000 plus or so over the road miles. Driving and being towed.
The CRV is a great toad, but there are crv's in that year range with far less miles.

I would Get the price of my favorite tow bar set up and proceed with the total tow bar cost in mind plus car and compare to the one you are looking at.
