My wife has a 2009 CRV EX it has 70k on it. The only problem with it so far has been a leak in the power steering system. These are hard to see because the fluid collects in the rubber boot and does not leak on the ground. Other than that it has been reliable but does not get great gas mileage on the Hiway(28mpg) for a DD and 20k mi/year.
