2011 Buick Lacrosse tow car battery problems
My 2011 Buick Lacrosse battery dies after an hour of towing. This problem was in prior posts back in 2011. Wondering if anyone has found a solution to this problem? Dealership here just shrugs this...

Received the following info after I gave a negative comment on a GM satisfaction survey.
On June 7/13 GM sent out a bulletin #3468491 to all Dealerships. 2010-11 Buick Lacrosse models, dead battery when dingy towing. For keyed models, remove fuse #22 from the instrument panel fuse block. For push button models, disconnect the negative battery post. In both cases be sure the vehicle is connected to the motorhome and transmission in neutral before disabling the power.
