2013 Sierra Crew Cab 4X4

I'm going to look at the above unit for a toad. I've researched and found almost all the info I need for towing, except--does the steering wheel lockup when key is off? Also read about electric steering and don't know if the unit has that either.
Any info appreciated!

    We tow a 2012 4x4 Silverado crew cab. I am sure the 2013 Sierra is identical, but always check the owners manual that came with vehicle to be 100 % sure it is towable 4 down

    GM stopped using the steering lock in 2002 in ALL their trucks and SUVs. My understanding on the electric steering is maybe, maybe not, depending on the model until 2015, when it was installed across the line. You will like your Sierra as a toad. We started towing one in 2005 and are on our 2nd one.
