Well he corrected that eventually, 7 with out mandatory supplemental system laws and 43 with.

During a second call which I made after verifying my feeling about the law, I told Jeff(the Tech) that he was mistaken and that there were exceptions for "Towed Motor Vehicles". He reread the VC and found that I am correct, "Towed Motor Vehicles" are specifically exempt.

He did say that they would remove CA from the list of must have states. Old age and cunning will best youth and enthusiasm any time.
