Is it possible that this is an "operator error" on your part? Might be best to bring it to the Dealer, and see if they can get it to work correctly, and if not, maybe they can get it take care of with Fleetwood.

Instead of hauling your rig to the dealer, just have the dealer look at the one you checked out on their lot.
