On Edit: Baja does have ULSD and some border stations.

Yes they do have the small 2.2litre Diesel and the tiny 2.5 litre Petrol engine.It is built in Argentina.
The 2015 Ford Ranger is currently available for purchase here in Mexico. The body style is the regular cab or the 4-door “double cab” – both with the five foot bed. It is available in four model variations. The XL Gasolina, XLT Gasolina, XL Diesel and the Limited. The seven color choices are Azul Estelar, Gris Militar, Plata Ostion, Rojo Manzna, Blanco Oxford, Plata Metalico and Negro Aperlado. The two engine choices are the Duratec 2.5L IVET I4 and the Puma 2.2L TDCI I4.
