205-65-10 trailer Tires On Boat Trailer

I am about to purchase a 22ft pontoon boat with tandem trailer and 4 205-65-10 tires. It sits at a low profile. Boat dealer says they order them specifically for the low profile. My question is not the load carrying rather than the speed a 10 inch tire can handle. If the pull truck is doing 60 mph, that tire is going a lot faster. Bearings would also be going faster so my concern is trailering a boat trailer that has been in water for 100 miles. What do you folks think my speed of the pull truck should be?
