20K and 2.5 yr fight secures a win over HOA for RV parking

seems to me that Gerald was an inventor, etc., and reasonably intelligent. wonder why he couldn't have bought a 2 ft shorter RV to be modified. can't identify the 3636 lake lynn drive house on google earth to see his exact layout.
