The X is finicky to tow with. when setup properly it is a great Tow Vehicle. your trailer if it weighs 5200lbs loaded will have a tongue weight of 650lbs. the hitch on the X is only rated at around 500lbs weight carrying. with the soft X suspension you need a 600/6000lb rated WD hitch. even with the Hellwig sway bar you will still want the WD hitch.
If you already have the WD hitch (the one with the bars and chain) then you are good there (a sway control WD hitch is much better). If the X doesn`t have a rear sway bar then adding one will help with the wander they are plagued with. I never installed F250 springs, but they are known for curing the wander from the weak spring! I do have airbags that aren't pumped to more than 20-30 psi.
I`m towing 9200lbs with my 4WD X with a Reese Dual Cam and Helwig sway bar and it tows perfect.
BTW, springs, shocks and sway bar will cost twice as much for the parts alone as compared to a good WD hitch with sway control.
