I have read alto on tire failures. I keep my tires checked both air and temp. I keep between 60 and 65. What else can I do to prevent tire blow outs? When a tire does blow do you hear it or feel it? I haven't had one yet but I am still new to this yet. Our first trip was 1300 miles to Florida. I had to put 800$ on my truck the P series tired weren't cutting it. I do look at my tires for side bulges and tread damage too...
Here's my experience and observations on it:
buy quality tires, built to the highest standards, fit with size and load rating that provides plenty of reserve, keep them inflated correctly.
My opinion is that's your best chance of success.
