If the voltage stays above 107 when running the air conditioner all is well. Be aware that amperage demand may increase the longer the unit runs.
My 13500 btu air conditioner starts out at about 1100 watts and peak continuous demand is 1900 watts.
Maximum continuous load for a 15 amp circuit should not exceed 1440 watts.
I do often use an autoformer to boost voltage so that I may safely run the roof air from a 15 amp source. The lowest shore voltage I've run it at (with autoformer boosting on the RV side) is 97. The autoformer did a 20% boost so I should be safe down to 90 volts.
As the day progressed and it became hotter, the extra amperage demand eventually caused the shore power breaker to trip.
