It's supposed to drop to 30 degrees for 3-4 hours overnight tomorrow, then well back into the 40's during the day. It seems that getting just below 32, for only a couple of hours, should be a non-issu...

No problem, it will have to get down into the low 20's for many hours (6-8) before you need to worry. Your water temp is starting out at probably 50F and it takes a long time for stuff to freeze. If you're concerned, stick an electric heater in the RV set at low temp, open the cabinet doors where there is a waterline and the bathroom door and sleep tight.
