If your RV is a 50 amp then YES that will help
And as for the 2nd question (Different circuits) it's a bit more complex but the simple answer is again YES. and I'm going to leave it there. for the most part.
Ideally your RV's electrical system is divided into two parts with a common Neutral Leg one and Leg Two. and ideally (almost impossible but Ideally) the two legs are "Balanced"
The reasons for this I can explain.. But it's not important here.
When you plug into 30. both "legs" are combined into one
