Consider using a Y Adapter as previously stated. Here is a company who makes an adapter similar to what you are looking for. I have never heard of a Y Adapter with a 50A Male to (1) 50A Female and (1) 15A.
50A Male to (1) 15A Female (1) 30A Female Y adapter.
