Probably would work for just moving around in a parking lot. Hopefully this was a staged set up as its at a service station. Not safe.
There is a small RV dealer close to me, While at their lot a few years ago I saw what appeared to be a TT moving on its own a few rows over. Caught my attention pretty well, so I went to investigate... seems that the dealer used a drive shaft driven lawn mower with a heavily welded and reinforced hitch on the back to move the TT's around the lot. I guess the maneuverability was pretty amazing. LOL
I would not have believe it if I had not seen it with my own eyes.
