5th wheel / trailer amber side marker turn signals

This evening the family and I were driving down the interstate and as we were passing a 5th wheel, the 5th wheel owner turned his left signal on so he could make a lane change to pass a slower vehicle...

As my mind is warped sometimes, another thought about this popped up. It would be easy to wire the rear red marker on my dually fenders to flash with the signals. That way when the trailer was blocking the tail light( daytime), the fender would be more visible. The socket is already 2 wire.
