I got my install done last weekend. I chose these LED markers because they had the most LEDs of any I looked at, plus they match the general shape of the other markers on my trailer. I'm pleased with them, they are very bright through a wide viewing angle. I mounted them about a foot in front of the wheelwells, as high on the side skirting as possible, so I didn't have to penetrate an exterior wall.
I used this Curt converter to wire them so they don't come on with the brakes. I mounted it under the trailer right next to the pigtail junction box, and it works great. Only thing that might bug some folks is the side turn signals are out of phase from the other turn signals when the brake is applied. A necessary compromise, I suppose.
I might be able to get some pics this weekend, if anyone's interested.
