5th wheel hitch?
Are there any mystery's here? Ya get a 16,000 GVWR 5th wheel so you buy a 16,000 lb. hitch, right? Any manufacturer recommendations?

Nothing wrong with your philosophy but the fact is the hitches already have the "safety margin" built in.
That can be said about tires, wheels, frames, king pins, etc. etc. but I like 'added' margins.
